Accessibility standard

We work to bring this website in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.

The website is made accessible in the spirit of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

The website supports current browsers on desktop, tablet and smartphone, and is available in Hebrew and English.

Accessibility features on this website

  • Semantic structure: The website uses semantic HTML with a heading hierarchy, navigation landmarks and defined header and main content, so screen readers can navigate it efficiently.
  • Skip to content: A "Skip to content" link at the top of each page jumps straight to the main content.
  • Keyboard navigation: All links, buttons and forms work with the keyboard. The Escape key closes the mobile menu and pop-up windows.
  • Right-to-left layout: The Hebrew version uses a full RTL layout, built for reading and navigating in Hebrew.
  • Text alternatives: Meaningful images have a text description (alt). Decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
  • Labels for icon buttons: Buttons that show only an icon, such as the menu toggle, close buttons and social media links, carry a text label for screen readers.
  • Responsive design: The website adapts to every screen size, from wide desktop to smartphone, without losing content or functionality.
  • Reduced motion: When your operating system is set to reduce motion (prefers-reduced-motion), animations on the website are reduced.
  • Form error messages: Error messages in the enquiry form appear next to the relevant field and are announced to assistive technologies.
  • Readable typeface: The website uses IBM Plex Sans Hebrew, a typeface designed for Hebrew and high readability.

How to use

  • Text size: Zoom text in and out in any browser with Ctrl and + (zoom in), Ctrl and - (zoom out), and Ctrl+0 (reset).
  • Keyboard navigation: Tab moves forward between elements and Shift+Tab moves back. Enter or Space activates links and buttons, and Escape closes menus and windows.
  • Assistive technologies: If you run into a problem using a screen reader or any other assistive technology, please contact us.

Known limitations

We aim for full accessibility, but there are a few limitations we want to be open about:

  • Chat and calls with Mia: Voice calls with Mia need a current browser and an active microphone, and using them with a screen reader may be limited. You can always reach us through the enquiry form on the website or at info@sepnets.io, and we'll get back to you.
  • Embedded videos: The demo video on the Fleet page plays in the YouTube player, so its accessibility depends on that player.
  • Background videos: The background videos at the top of some pages are decorative only, have no sound and carry no information.
