These Terms of Use govern your use of the SepNets website (the "Site"). They do not govern paid services (Mia, SepNets Fleet, LinkPark), which are covered by separate Customer Terms and product addenda.
Content on the Site is general information about our services, not a binding offer. Services are provided only under a signed or accepted subscription agreement.
Do not misuse the Site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security, no uploading of malicious code, no use of contact forms for spam. We may block access that abuses the Site.
Parts of the Site (the chat/voice widget) are answered by "Mia", an AI receptionist — an automated system, not a person. Chat conversations answered by the AI display a notice saying so; voice calls from the widget open with a short spoken disclosure that the call is handled by an AI system and is recorded. AI answers may be incomplete or mistaken and are not professional advice. Conversations are recorded and transcribed — see the Privacy Policy.
Site content, branding and code are owned by SepNets or its licensors. You may view and share links; any other reuse needs our written permission.
The Site may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data of persons under 18 through the Site (Privacy Policy, section 8). If you are under 18, please do not use the contact forms.
The Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SepNets' liability arising from use of the Site is limited to NIS 100. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its revision date.
