Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Arthur Meltser on behalf of SepNets. We value your privacy and process personal information in accordance with applicable Israeli law and the terms below.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. Privacy Notice Under Israeli Law

In line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13), we are transparent about what data we collect and how it is used. Because our analytics provider is cookieless and stores no IP addresses, we use a soft opt-out model rather than a blocking consent gate.

  • We explain what data is collected, why it is collected, and how it is used.
  • You may opt out of analytics at any time via the ribbon at the bottom of any page, or via “Privacy Preferences” in the site footer.
  • Analytics is enabled by default but does not set cookies and does not store your IP address.

2. Data We Collect

When you visit the site, your IP address and basic technical details (browser type, operating system, device) are processed by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, to deliver pages and block abuse. Our analytics does not store your IP address (see section 3).

If analytics is enabled, usage data such as visited pages, session duration, and navigation flows may be collected.

When you submit a trial/contact form, we may collect details you provide such as name, organization, phone, email, and message content.

If you chat with or call Mia, the AI receptionist on this site, we keep the conversation: your chat messages and, for calls, the audio recording and its transcript. Mia is an AI system, not a person. Conversations are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate Mia's replies, and we use them to answer your enquiry and improve the service.

3. Cookies and Privacy-Friendly Analytics

The SepNets site itself sets no cookies. Your analytics choice and the Mia widget's anonymous visitor ID are saved in your browser's local storage. Third-party components, such as Cloudflare's bot-protection check, may set strictly necessary cookies of their own.

Analytics is enabled by default and can be turned off at any time using the opt-out option in the privacy ribbon at the bottom of any page, or via “Privacy Preferences” in the site footer.

Our analytics is provided through a self-hosted Rybbit Analytics instance at analytics.meltser.biz. It helps us understand basic website usage such as visited pages, visit duration, referral/source information, campaign parameters, browser type, device type, approximate location (country, region and city), and general navigation flows. Approximate location is derived from your IP address at the moment of the visit; the IP address itself is not stored, and visitor identifiers are anonymous and reset daily.

We use this information to improve the website, understand which pages are useful, and measure whether our marketing links work. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site ad tracking, or resale of analytics data.

You can opt out of analytics at any time via the ribbon at the bottom of any page or via “Privacy Preferences” in the site footer. If you opt out, analytics will not run for your future visits.

4. Purposes of Processing

  • Responding to incoming inquiries and trial requests, including chats and calls with Mia.
  • Maintaining security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
  • Improving site usability and performance based on enabled analytics.
  • Meeting legal obligations and protecting legitimate legal interests.

5. Third-Party Sharing

Data may be processed by service providers that support hosting, analytics, AI, communications, and infrastructure operations only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Some of these providers, including Cloudflare and OpenAI, may process data outside Israel, including in the United States.

Analytics data is processed through our self-hosted Rybbit Analytics setup and is used for SepNets website improvement and attribution, not for advertising resale or third-party ad profiling.

We may disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the stated purposes, contractual obligations, legal requirements, and dispute resolution.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or minimize it using reasonable measures.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of data.

No internet transmission or storage method is absolutely secure, but we continuously work to improve protection levels.

8. Your Rights

Subject to Israeli law, you may request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion in applicable cases.

You may also object to specific processing activities and request details about how your information is handled.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
